Proposal to transform a 1920’s  New York City building into a dynamic urban peace center and vibrant landmark.  The lightBOX is setback from the parameter of the existing building and extends into areas of the existing building, blurring boundaries between new/old and exterior/interior.   Integration of the lightBOX offers a sustainable approach while celebrating and highlighting  the importance of the landmark.
